Refund Policy
This policy applies to the digital product Digital Mastery Pro, sold by ORION DIGITAL LTDA, CNPJ 67.736.996/0001-79, Av. Alexandre Costa, 3886, Vila Lobão, Caxias/MA, CEP 65605-515.
Right of withdrawal
For purchases made over the internet, the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code (article 49) grants the right to withdraw from the contract within 7 days of receiving the product or of the date of the contract. Send the request to help@digitalmasterypro.online, including the email used at checkout and the VendePay transaction ID when available.
How the amount returns
The refund follows the payment method used on VendePay. The time it takes to appear on a statement depends on the buyer's financial institution.
After the legal period
Requests after the 7-day period are reviewed case by case by support, with no automatic refund beyond what the law requires.
